Cancellation / Refund Policy
Order Cancellation	You may cancel the order online if the product has been shipped but not yet delivered.
Refund Processing Time	Refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item and mail confirmation.
Credit Card Refund	The refund amount will be re-credited to the member’s credit card. Actual credit time depends on the issuing bank’s policies.
Cheque / Wire Transfer Refund	The refund amount will be deposited into the member’s bank account within 7 business days from the date of refund request.
